First Amendment
Free speech is never going to be easy. If someone threatens someone with Biblical punishment, does that constitute a threat to their safety? I don't know.
If that 'Biblical punishment' constitutes death or harm on this plane of existence then it is criminal behavior and should not be allowed to hide behind the 1st amendment - ever.
